8th mathematics

8th grade math

Example 1:

Reduce the algebraic equation.

t 2 - t = 0

Solution:

Given equation is
t 2 - t = 0

Take T as common factor
t (t - 1) = 0

So the product t (t - 1) to be equal to zero, then we get

t = 0 or t - 1 = 0

Solve the above simple equations to obtain the solutions.
t = 0
or
t = 1

T= 0 or 1 is the solution.
